• All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars, includes GST. • Current prices are valid from 4th July 2021. • All tours are subject to weather. Only in particularly bad weather conditions will Clutha River Cruises cancel the departure. Cancellations made by or on behalf of Clutha River Cruises, as a direct result of poor weather, will not result in loss of deposit and/or payment. • Cancellation Policy For Group Bookings: Upon receipt of a 20% deposit, a booking will be confirmed. • By making a deposit/payment you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions. • Cancellations are to be notified in writing by e-mail and acknowledged by Clutha River Cruises. A $25 administration charge applies to all cancellations. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to departure will not have a cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 5 to 30 days prior to departure will result in a loss of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to departure will lose the full deposit.
