Constructed in 1911 as three large terraced houses, this distinctive gracious building now has ten self contained rooms which now spoil discerning guests and offer the very best of conveniences, along with the bygone charm of a unique Scottish heritage that is Dunedin-"The Edinburgh of the South" We have three deluxe triple suites , three grand triple studios, 4 superior queen studios, and one economy queen room in our two level old buildings. Each has its own kitchenette except for the economy room, private bathroom, free wifi, , and quality linen, all furnish in a style of a bygone era. The house allows flexibility when it comes to configuration, and we can cater from 1-28 people. Located close to Forsyth Barr Stadium, Otago university, Dunedin Botantical Gardens, Dunedin Hospital and only 2.2km to Dunedin Centre.
