Cancellations made greater than 7 days of your arrival date will incur a $25.00 NZD cancellation fee . 50% refund of the total amount paid, less any fees paid for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival date are non-refundable.
