Cancellations made 30 days prior to the departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive an 80% refund with a 20% cancellation fee applied. No refund will be given within 24 hours before the tour departs and because of this we strongly recommend travel insurance. CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS please make sure you book/board an early tender in time for the mail run’s 9am departure. There is no refund for late arrivals as the mail van has a strict schedule to adhere to. If your ship cannot come into harbour because of bad weather we will honour your ticket for when you revisit with proof of purchase/ship cancellation details.
