Full refund, less any fees paid for cancellations made greater than 48 hours of your arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival date will incur a maximum 1 night cancellation fee per booking. Group reservations (More than one room booked on the same night) cancelled 96 hours BEFORE arrival will not incur any charges. Group reservations (More than one room book on the same night) cancelled WITHIN 96 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights accommodation.
