Enjoy views of Mt Arthur from a large paddock with established trees, alongside the Great Taste Cycle Trail. A short walk to the famous trout fishing Motueka River and 1.1km to Tapawera Village, with cafe, hotel, supermarket, LPG swap, fuel and dump station.

Dogs are welcome but to be kept on leads.
Three water stations are available in the paddock. The water is from an underground bore and untreated.
E-bike charging is available for $5 - unlimited charging per vehicle. This is located in the carport beside the grey shed.
