Cancellations made greater than 3 days of your arrival date will incur a $10.00 NZD cancellation fee . Cancellations made within 3 days of your arrival date will incur a maximum 1 night cancellation fee per booking. If an amendment results in shortening your stay no refund will be made unless more than 72 hours notice is given.
