Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations: 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. If cancellation is made within 48 hours’ notice 25% will be charged to your nominated Credit Card or invoiced to you. In the event of inclement weather and there is no alternative flight availability on alternative days a full refund will be made at the point of sale. Private transfers and custom charters Cancellations and refunds are dependent on each flight – please contact us for more information. Refunds If for safety or any other reason Backcountry Helicopters cancels a trip a full refund will be made. If a trip needs to be shortened for any reason then the difference of any monies paid will be refunded to the client upon return.
