Cancellation & Amendment Fees Up to 48hrs prior to departure – 100% refundable, 24hrs to 48hrs prior to departure – 50% refundable – non refundable from 24 hours before your departure date. Exceptions to this are tours booked from Cruise Ships, – These must be prepaid and are non-refundable from 7 days prior to travel. Private tours and Multiday tours and overnight tours which include accommodation and specialist activities are non refundable from 72 hours ( 3 days) prior to the travel date We advise you to make sure your travel insurance will cover you if your ship is unable to make it to the port of departure or any other reason for cancellation. Overnight tours which include accommodation + specialty activities will have longer non-refundable terms based on the suppliers, terms and conditions.
