Wildfinder is a Wellington-based outdoor adventure company, that markets and operates three partner businesses:
Supported day trips and multi-day adventures on the Remutaka Cycle Trail (as well as equipment hire, shuttles, and bag transfers all around the trail).
Bike and accessory hire for the mountain-bike trails around Pencarrow Head.
Kayak and SUP hire within Days Bay (close to Eastbourne, Lower Hutt).
Bike hire and shuttles for the Remutaka Incline trail in Upper Hutt,

Unless stated otherwise in writing: Refunds: Gift cards and vouchers (and bookings made via gift cards or vouchers) are non-refundable but may be extended or re-booked at Wildfinder's discretion. Email info@wildfinder.co.nz to discuss. All other bookings are non-refundable by default but may be re-booked or (in certain cases) refunded in part or in full at Wildfinder's discretion. Email info@wildfinder.co.nz to discuss. Cancellations / Modifications / Weather Considerations: To cancel or modify any bookings email info@wildfinder.co.nz with the details including your full name and booking reference number. Wildfinder Ltd reserves the right to cancel any event or hireage at any time for health and safety reasons - for example in the case of extreme weather. In this case a full refund voucher or re-booking of the event will be offered to the customer at the customer's discretion.
