Blackfern Lodge Payments & Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to: or Blackfern Lodge Ltd P O Box 12 Te Kuiti 3941 Cancellation fees for all accommodation package deals meals transfers and shuttles are charged on the following basis per person:  Package prices are a complete package no part refunds if your plans change  Within 7 - 0 days of booking arrival date: 100% of booking price  Within 8 - 20 days of booking arrival date: 50% of booking price with the forfeited portion able to be transferred to another booking.  During the peak season September – April in the event of bad weather we will endeavour to postpone your booking to a later mutually agreeable date.  Prior to 21 days of booking arrival date: your payment will be refunded in full.  Cancellations due to COVID 19 transferable deposit to another booking date or refunded in full. These cancellation fees are not negotiable; therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
